The problem

Studying breaks in four places. We fixed each one

Passive reading makes it hard to stay engaged and harder to retain anything. Here is what replaces each failure.

01Information overload

Chat with your textbook

Ask any chapter a question and get the concept back in plain language, drawn from the page in front of you.

Replaces: Hours lost hunting for the key concepts buried in a textbook.

An open textbook with an AI chat bubble rising from its pages
02One-size-fits-all pace

Adaptive AI tutoring

The session re-paces itself around what you already know, so time goes to the parts that have not landed yet.

Replaces: A single fixed pace never fits the student sitting in front of it.

Knowledge cards rising in difficulty along a branching path
03Passive engagement

Smart test generator

Practice papers built from your own chapters, on demand, so reading turns into recall you can measure.

Replaces: Reading without testing leaves almost nothing behind a week later.

04Slow feedback

Performance insights

Instant evaluation with analytics down to the chapter, so you always know what to review next.

Replaces: Marked tests and answers arrive days after they would have helped.

Explain the topic: Properties of Rational Numbers

StudyMate is reading
SMStudyMateTutor

Rational numbers follow four arithmetic properties. Here is each one, with what it means in practice:

  1. 1Closure propertyAdd, subtract or multiply two rational numbers and the result is always rational. Division works too, as long as you are not dividing by zero.
  2. 2Commutative propertyOrder does not matter for addition or multiplication. a + b is the same as b + a.
  3. 3Associative propertyGrouping does not matter either. (a + b) + c gives the same answer as a + (b + c).
  4. 4Distributive propertyMultiplication spreads across addition: a x (b + c) is the same as (a x b) + (a x c).

Questions

Before you start,the honest answers

The things people ask us most, answered plainly.

No. Your books are already in the library, processed and ready. You pick your country, board and standard once when you set up, and the right textbooks are waiting on your shelf. Any chapter is searchable from the moment you open it, so there is nothing to scan, upload or wait for.

A general chatbot answers from the internet and does not know which syllabus you are on. StudyMate answers from the chapter in front of you. You set your board and standard during setup, and every answer, test and report afterwards stays inside that syllabus rather than drifting into material you will never be examined on.

The pace and the difficulty. Ask a question in plain language and the session re-paces itself around what you have already shown you know, so you are not walked through basics you have cleared. Practice runs through three levels: whether you know a concept, whether you can use it, and whether you can reason about it.

No, and this is the difference that matters most. StudyMate works a topic through with the student and then tests them on it. A wrong answer changes what comes next rather than being corrected and forgotten. The reports show where the understanding is thin, which is information a student cannot get by copying an answer.

Generate a paper from any chapter you choose, at the difficulty you choose, and attempt it online. Evaluation is instant and detailed, not just a score.

Which chapters you have covered and how you actually performed in each. The point is not the score on its own, it is knowing which chapters still need work before an exam, so revision time goes to the topics that will move your marks rather than the ones that already feel comfortable.

About five minutes, in a single sitting. One form to create your account, pick your country, board and standard, open your bookshelf, work through a topic, then take a test and see the gaps. Nothing to install and no manual to read.
